2009 Case information
The Jones family suffers from various severe medical conditions which they believe are a direct result from contaminants in the environment released by Badger Aeromechanical. Badger’s manufacturing plant is located near the Jones’ residence. Badger has a history of spills which has resulted in contamination to the creek that runs behind Badger’s facility, as well as ground-water. The Jones family is also unhappy with the noxious fumes that Badger Aeromechanical’s manufacturing processes generate and claims that such fumes interfere with the use and enjoyment of their property. The Jones have filed claims for negligence, trespass and private nuisance against Badger.
